  2. There is an excellent tutorial at www.forexlane.com where they take you from the basics through to the more complex technical and fundamental strategies. The free news, outlook, charts and tools should keep you up to date with the forex market.
  3. I'm demo trading with Oanda right now and am trying out EUR/USD trades on a 5 min chart, in addition to GBP/JPY trades on 4 hour charts. These two methods have given me the best results so far, though you can also try the daily chart. Try making some pips on the close of the day's candle. Go long on an upward trending SMA if the new day's candle is completey engulfed within that of the previous day. Go short if the trend points downward. Remember: Trade with the trend!
