about forex, were can i change lira (turkey) to peso (phl)? friends, can you help me. i been to banks of BDO, BPI, PNB, some money changer, i already called to banko sentral ng pilipinas at turkey embassy to the phl but unfortunately, they never exchange turkey lira to phl peso.... can you help me if you have an idea where i can change the money. i have an old 1k turkey lira note/bill (1980's series of lira) the side are lightly torn out due to years stayed on my wallet i hope somebody of you can help me. thank you very much.
