Forex trading on pokerstars? I noticed that the currency conversion rates on pokerstars get updated every 5minutes or something. I dont know much about forex trading but in theory should this be possible: Converse USD to EUR if rate is low. then wait for it to rise again and Converse EUR to USD. then wait for it to drop again and repeat? would this make sense?

Trying to convert currency from US dollar into Israeli shekels. not going to Israel, HORRIBLE bank rates, help? I am trying to convert about 610$ into Israeli shekels to protect against devaluation. I have checked around on yahoo answers and they all say convert when you go to Israel, but I am not going to Israel. I am not trying to play the currency game, I have never done currency trading before but I am trying to protect myself. What is the best way get shekels in the US? I checked online (Forex, XE, etc) exchange rates are 1$ = 3.5 shekels (average) I tried to go to the bank (Its Chase I have a account there and they said they will not charge me ) and the exchange rate there is 1$ = 3.05, ouch. the shekel-dollar converter is 0.33$ while online rates are 0.28 cents. I wish I had some shekels on me already :( At the bank I was only going to get 1800 shekels (it was 1800 even, I think they are skimming money off the top the money didn't match the 3.05) instead of 2100 shekels. and they spelled it sheqels instead of shekels. somebody was there who hadn't done this before; maybe the messed up, but the machine showed Israel sheqels N my questions 1. what is a good conversion rate. 2. where can I find that rate. 3. any other fees involved that I should look out for. thank you for your help and sorry about the poor grammar gotchya on the exchange rate thing, I thought that the fee was charged as a percent of total money converted. I went to wells fargo and their rate (at .143) was considerably higher than the current conversion rate (.129 or so). Other banks I went to required accounts. Also, I heard airports do not offer good rates. Finally, please do not refer to local exchangers (street) or forex sites. I am looking to buy real currency from a trusted source at a rate near the current .129 rate. Thank you for your answers.

MCSE/MCSA Certification from Dubai? I am new to Dubai and want to give Microsoft Exams (MCSE /MCSA tracks) now i have inquired by 3 testing centers all of them gave me different prices per paper which was 510AED, 280AED and 310AED now i cant understand why they are charging more that the forex conversion rate it should not be more than 180 AED, can somebody tell me what is this all about and which is a better center to reach for Microsoft exams in Dubai

Forex; I am based in the EU and supply a product with $ input raw material and € added value conversion cost..? which is invoiced in the UK in Sterling. My customer asked me to quote him a price in $ and I translated the final gbp price to $ in a straightforward conversion with the spot rate ($ raw material + € conversion and added value, translated to gbp, then translated to $) My customer however thinks he would get a cheaper price if I took the € conversion added value cost, added it to the $ raw material and quoted starightforward in $. However I look at this I come up with the same price. Can someone please verify that my customer is incorrect and explain the theory behind this?

Forex Questions - Defining various terms? What are Swap Fees, and how are they calculated? How is the Margin level calculated, and when will they automatically close losing trades? Is there any kind of exchange rate with brokers in another country? For example, if I am trading a Demo Account with Alpari UK and I reside in the United States, will some of my profits be lost through any kind of conversion through their domestic currency (the pound)?
